Responsibilities
- Create and manage all digital content for the company, including website content, social media content, email marketing campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and create content that meets those needs.
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and make improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital content and marketing.
- Mentor and train junior content designers.
- You need to be enthusiastic, diplomatic, and persuasive, with a keen understanding of negotiating with subject-matter experts. You must be comfortable working independently and making content decisions.

- Photoshop and other Adobe editing software
- Animation tools (social media Specific)
- Video editing (With support of a partner)
- Experienced, creative, and well-organised Digital Content Designer.
- A relevant qualification (such as a degree or equivalent) and/or relevant experience creating and editing content for websites and intranets is essential.
- Extensive experience creating and editing content for social media, google, youtube and websites.
- You must have experience of designing and creating content, using a content management system (Paperflite) and writing and editing readable content.
- We need somebody with excellent interpersonal skills, and you must be confident working with a wide range of people who have varying levels of understanding of content and the web.
