Senior Digital Data & Analytics Specialist

The Senior Digital Analytics & Data Specialist will provide Digital Marketing & web analytics solutions and services to our client's Digital Data division, enabling the eCommerce growth and fulfillment teams to make informed, data-driven decisions in systems design, web development, marketing, and business strategies.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategy, Analysis & Reporting:
  • Managing enterprise-level implementation of social, web, and data analytics tools across digital marketing, channels, data & analytics, and fulfillment.
  • Defining, implementing, and maintaining reporting frameworks, dashboards, and visualization tools to track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and web analytics that support our client's digital enterprise-wide business needs.
  • Setting up end-to-end tracking points within public, secure, app, and WhatsApp environments for visualization through Tableau.
  • Tracking and analyzing website performance, trends, clickstream, paths, and results of online marketing initiatives to provide data-driven insights for business intelligence, media optimization, and message optimization.
  • Supporting day-to-day management of sales funnels and analytics systems to ensure optimal tracking and reporting, creating and maintaining key reports, dashboards, and analysis to support digital sales team optimization and new build deliveries.
  • Analyzing reports and information to identify insights and opportunities for performance improvement, collaborating with the marketing team to develop data-backed recommendations for optimization.
  • Conducting A/B tests, analyzing results, and proposing iterative improvements to campaigns, targeting, messaging, and user experience to drive higher conversion rates and sales.
  • Creating regular and ad hoc analysis reports to communicate campaign results, trends, and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancing data quality, accuracy, and availability to ensure reliable and efficient marketing performance reports.
Stakeholder Engagement & Thought Leadership
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, development, and data teams, to leverage various data sources in refining digital marketing strategies and tactics, building robust reporting infrastructure, and streamlining data collection, analysis, and visualization processes.
  • Informing best practices, tracking trends, recommending solutions to improve our client's sales capabilities, and identifying enhancements to digital sales and channels based on engagement and traffic patterns.
  • Providing training on analytics and data visualization.
  • Sharing knowledge and insights through data visualization and analysis capabilities within internal teams.
  • Keeping up to date with technology roadmaps, enhancements, and evolution.
  • Facilitating knowledge sharing with our client's Digital Marketing and Digital Sales teams on the use of the latest tracking and analysis suites to enable growth of their segment portfolios.
  • Interacting heavily with the digital sales delivery team, Digital Marketing, and business segments to provide support.
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in web analytics and digital marketing analytics.
  • Strong client-facing skills - responsive, results-driven, and dedicated to a customer-centric ethos.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, data science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/responsibilities.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level stakeholders and understanding of complex web ecosystems and best practices.
  • Ability to think critically, collaborate with and make actionable recommendations to the digital marketing, digital sales delivery team, as well as business unit stakeholders based on the business data needs.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of various client websites, their business models, and online marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge/experience of marketing analytics toolssuch as:
  • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics/GA4
  • Media: Google Ads, Social Media Analytics
  • Tag Management Systems: GTM
  • Visual Analytics Platforms: Google Data Studio, Tableau
  • Testing and Optimization: Google Optimize & Audience
  • Reporting: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Datarama), Advanced Excel & PowerPoint
