Responsibilities
- Build and drive the growth strategy across our owned channels (website, CRM, organic social) to optimize the digital user journey.
- Utilize data to define success for our digital acquisition funnel, optimize funnel performance, and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Data, Digital Sales, and Marketing teams to implement growth strategies across the digital customer journey.
- Measure and report on the success of the digital sales funnel by enhancing our existing reporting structure and frameworks.
- Gain a deep understanding of our customers and their behavior across the entire customer journey, from performance marketing to acquisition.
- Own and drive projects to maximize growth and revenue across multiple digital touchpoints.
- Leverage data to implement and inform a test-and-learn approach to optimize our digital assets.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years spent in a growth function within an eCommerce business (experience in FinTech is highly beneficial).
- Proven experience in generating revenue through optimization of digital funnels across the entire digital customer journey, including acquisition and retention.
- Expertise in Google Marketing Platform: Analytics 360, Tag Manager, Optimize, Data Studio, BigQuery.
- Ability to design A/B tests and interpret results using testing tools like Google Optimize to recommend next steps to Business Owners.
- Proficient in analyzing and presenting complex data to various stakeholder levels.
