The focus of Digital Marketing at the firm is to continuously increase profile and opportunities, through the collaborative and measured use of integrated, multi-channel digital marketing practices and tools that empower Dentons marketers, business developers and professionals to generate more leads, improve more outcomes and increase their efficiencies.
The Digital Marketing Senior Analyst works as part of the Digital Marketing team to drive and support the business in their efforts to champion, promote and encourage the use of the firm's Email Marketing system (Vuture) and CRM system (InterAction).
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Email Manager (Global/Europe), the role also requires close working with the Global Program Director, Global Industry Senior Managers and Global Campaigns Manager as well as the broader Clients & Markets team and colleagues, partners and lawyers across the firm in 80+ countries.
Key Responsibilities
Email marketing
- The day-to-day creation and distribution of brand and data protection compliant email marketing collateral such as event invitations and client alerts in-line with firm policy and legislation for a global audience
- The creation and maintenance of email marketing communication templates, registration landing pages, including multiple day event series
- Undertake regular CRM data and compliance activities for global campaigns, including the creation and cleaning of marketing lists for global communications. Searching and cleaning lists for data protection, suppression, bounce back and unsubscribed contacts to comply with data regulations
- Logging event responses and data change management based on automatic responses and return emails
- Analytics, campaign and process measurement and reporting:
- Assist in the creation, running and interpretation of various reporting requirements including campaign engagement and compliance processes, as well as for event success and planning
- Help with the running of relevant global reports as instructed
Technical experience and skills:
- Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate, preferably in Marketing or Digital Marketing
- 3 to 4 years of digital marketing experience; professional services environment preferred
- Fluency in English is required as it is the working language, and fluency in other languages is an asset
- Must have experience with email marketing system (Vuture)
- Must have experience with email marketing system (InterAction)
- Experience in editing and manipulating HTML is helpful
- Familiar with analysis, analytical tools, researching and reporting
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of common desktop applications such as MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
- High level of analytical, logical thinking
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Adept communicator, with ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the Firm
- Highly organized and able to proactively manage schedules and tasks
- Able to work effectively with others and independently
