Position Engagement Delivery Director for ABSA

Prior Experience
Proven experience in managing medium large delivery engagements preferably for BFS customers
Experience in working coordinating with multiple Horizontal practice units and ability to communicate efficiently across functions within the organization IMPORTANT
Experience in working with captive based customer setup will be an advantage
Responsibilities
Prior Technical Capabilities experience will be a plus
Towards LTIM
Provide strategic direction and oversight to the delivery teams and respective leads responsible towards delivery to the client
Work closely with the Vertical delivery as well as practice units develop capabilities and ensure the successful delivery of projects deliverables
Diligent tracking of delivery quality valueadds at a delivery organization level
Ability to track monitor and drive Profit margin growth E2E P L accountability
Actively participate and respond to RFPs and other proposals Work closely with the Sales counterparts
Drive and own Leadership Reviews
Ensure compliance of the portfolio from Quality Security and other organizational policies guardrails
Utilize effective conflict resolution and negotiation tactics to maintain high performance service teams
