You're experienced in the renewable energy industry and you're able to develop ED and SED programs for various projects.
What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for implementing social programmes with private PPA off-takers, develop the ED (SED and ED) plan and strategy for each project, source and implement SED and ED programs and present budgets, forecasts and expenditure on projects.
You're also responsible for preparing reports, analysis, compliance, internal controls, reviewing contracts/agreements and ensure spend is correctly utilised.
In terms of beneficiaries, you'll need to assess, contract, implement, oversee, analyse and report.
Where you'll be doing it
You will be working for an industry leading international developer in the Renewable Energy sector that is working on exciting new projects. This role could either be Cape Town or PE based dependent on the candidate. A young, dynamic, passionate and growing team awaits you!
What you'll need
A degree in Economics / Business Administration along with 3 years minimum experience in Renewable Energy (wind/solar) and community management. You will require a strong understanding of the implementation agreement and B-BBEE codes knowledge.
Your passion for community development, leadership, interpersonal and management skills and excellent financial and legal literacy will be integral for this role. You should be able to demonstrate a high level of integrity, analytical, creative and innovative thinking.
Additionally you need to have strong presentation skills (local community, board level, press relations) and ability to work and manipulate data in spreadsheets for analysis and understand contractual agreements.
