As the largest group of private education websites in the UK, our client generates over 1 million visitors annually. Join their small and dedicated team of advisers as a Senior Education Consultant!
Key responsibilities:
- Signing up High Net Worth parents from the UK and abroad and providing them with impartial advice on which private school to use.
- Analysing factors like academic track record, curriculum, facilities, gender/religious preferences, etc. to help parents make informed decisions.
- Improving the company website's SEO ranking and position on social media by developing extra content.
- In addition to their established internet strategy, you'll also develop new sources of business generation with companies that can introduce quality new business to us.
- Travelling to meet schools and education companies from time to time to expand business relationships.
- Travel within the UK to meet schools and business introducers.
- Devise and price product solutions - not just sell them.
- Become familiar with all aspects of EA's operations to contribute help as needed, including administration processes, billing/accounting, database management, and customer management systems.
Essential Attributes
- Experience of UK private schools and/or Universities, either as a teacher/tutor, an employee, a parent or ones own education
- Ambition and determination to expand our clients profitable business plus contribute to their marketing and development strategy.
- An effective communicator, persuasive with both affluent clients and also senior school/college staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook plus ability to master their tailor-made CRM and CMS systems.
- A flexible can-do attitude and the willingness to take the initiative either independently or as part of a team. Determination to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of UK independent schools market.
- Some foreign language ability would be advantageous because of our clients large international client base, but not essential.
- UK university degree desirable.
- Experience of marketing campaigns by email or post or social media.
