Purpose of Role:
The Senior Project Engineer manages and controls projects from booking to delivery, ensuring all project deliverables are met according to client specifications and within the agreed timelines and budget. This role is pivotal in driving project success and maintaining high standards of technical and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Safety First:
- Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from internal project hand-over to customer hand-over, including project deliverables such as Data packs and O&M manuals.
- Review and implement contract terms and conditions within the delegated authority.
- Control project costs and risks in line with project terms and conditions.
- Engage with clients on technical and commercial matters, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Coordinate and plan all technical and product information to ensure compliance with client specifications.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status and progress.
- Engage with internal product specialists and sales teams across all product lines.
- Collaborate with local and regional branches for transport support and commissioning.
- Drive, coordinate, and manage projects against agreed schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all project activities are planned and executed effectively.
- Conduct post-project delivery negotiations and close-outs.
- Adhere to all HSE and housekeeping requirements.
- Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science.
- BSc/B Tech Degree or /National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years of project management experience in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Office.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
