Our client is looking for an exceptional Full Stack Senior Developer to lead the evolution of their product and technology stack whilst playing a significant role in their fast growing business.

Your focus will be on working with the executive and product team to increase velocity of our Clients product development, alongside strengthening their architecture to maintain their increasing growth rate. You will have to juggle the demands of growth and stability, working hand in hand with the CTO to design, develop and execute their technology strategy.

By joining the team, you will get exposure to the whole business across Sales, Marketing, Success, Product and Tech and a seat at the table in defining the Companys growth journey.

They work with home and field service companies designing cutting edge technology to help them better quote, schedule, manage, invoice and collect payments from their customers. They are growing fast - but have just scratched the surface of the impact they want to have.

Job Description

As a Senior Developer in an early stage ,fast growing business, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with the CTO and product team contributing to every aspect of the tech development. You'll play the role of strategist, technologist, planner, and executor from a tech perspective to direct the company into a world-class software platform.

The Senior Developer will:

• Own backend development
• Own frontend development
• Own mobile development
• Work with outsourced development partners
• Participate in DevOps - CI/CD
• Contribute to technology and process decisions
• Help build and improve TDD culture
• Take direct responsibility for discrete parts of our system/process
• Participate in peer review initiatives

To be successful, you might have:

• BSC Computer Science or Engineering Degree or equivalent or just being unbelievable problem solver.
• Demonstrated experience of being a senior developer in a B2B startup product environment.
• 7+ years of experience
