- Develop requirement documents, user stories, and process flows
- Conduct workshops to gather feedback and make decisions

- Review business and technical specifications
- Create and manage functional requirements specifications (FRS)
- Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements
- Support development teams and promote agile principles
- Define test cases based on functional requirements
- Encourage a culture of learning and innovation
- Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements
- Conduct research to understand business processes
- Analyze and prioritize requirements to align with business goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 7+ years in Business/Functional Analysis or related field
- Agile methodology experience
- Tools: JIRA/Octane, Confluence, draw.io, Miro, Canva
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Telco experience preferred
