We are looking for a talented, motivated and confident creative, with a love for Jewellery and all things luxury; a Senior Graphic Designer that can evoke emotion and bring the allure of jewellery to life in design. If this sounds like you, we have the perfect position for you.
As a conceptual yet practical and team oriented person, you will be responsible to design and produce Marketing collateral for Sterns in the main and support where necessary across American Swiss and Galaxy & Co. This will include print and dynamic digital content in order to deliver an excellent marketing and customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualisation & Design execution of print & digital marketing communication: Stores, Online & Performance Marketing; Social Media content creation (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok); Website Creative Assets: banners, landing pages, etc.; Emailers and email banners; Animation and/or Illustration advantageous; Event collateral conceptualisation & design
- Execute according to a brief that meet standards and deadlines
- Researching and sourcing of production assets
- Ensuring all work aligns to brand positioning & guidelines
- Manage the curation of assets from internal and external resources
- Working closely with Design Manager, Traffic & Production Co-ordinator and external creative stakeholders.
- Constant creation and conceptualisation of new and fresh ideas
- Facilitate reproduction and printing
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 years previous experience as a Graphic Designer
- Diploma in Graphic Design
- Excellent Communication Skills
- High level of creativity and has the ability to be innovative
- Understanding of contemporary digital principles
- Up to date with the latest industry related trends
- Efficient use & knowledge of Apple Mac OS & Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro and After Effects is essential.
- Retouching, Photography, videography & Video editing essential
- Animation & illustration advantageous
- Able to work under pressure and has lots of energy & drive
- Organised, deadline driven and has great time management skills
- Flexible and has the ability to multitask with good attention to detail
- Good knowledge of content creation, printing & typography
- Has a knack for good design, great layouts, content creation and able to take creative direction and feedback
- Experience in Retail, DTP or Commercial Communication design essential
- A portfolio is essential for all interviews - Only original artworks will be accepted.
