As a Senior Headhunting and Talent Sourcing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to source and shortlist top-tier candidates through proactive headhunting and strategic sourcing. Your role involves a deep understanding of client needs, allowing you to target and engage potential candidates who meet specific job criteria, thereby upholding our agencys high standards of recruitment excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute targeted headhunting strategies to identify and attract passive candidates who meet precise client specifications.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and talent pools to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates efficiently, managing the demands of multiple roles each day in a fast-paced environment.
  • Uphold rigorous quality control in all sourcing activities to ensure consistency with our agencys standards.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing tools and databases to conduct searches, maximizing efficiency and reach in candidate engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively with recruitment consultants to ensure seamless integration of sourced candidates into subsequent recruitment stages.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in talent sourcing and headhunting within a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment agency setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful headhunting strategies that result in high-quality candidate placements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both high-caliber candidates and corporate clients.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding high standards in recruitment quality.
  • Proficiency with the latest recruitment technologies and platforms, enhancing sourcing and engagement processes.
