Senior HR Administrator
Key Responsibilities
* To work closely with and assist the HR Admin Team Lead in the following activities through proactive involvement, taking instruction, guidance and advice and assuming responsibility for the Administration team service delivery
* Maintain operational management documents including workflow, Service Level and team resource trackers ensuring all data is up to date and accurate
* Conduct quality and control audit checks and prepare management reports and hold effective feedback sessions on the findings ensuring compliance and accuracy are maintained across the operation driving a "right first time" culture
* Ability to work confidentially at all times
* Awareness of the implications of actions/inactions on both HR and the wider business functions
* Experience and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
Salary: R15 000pm
