We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist Practitioner for a contract period of two years. The successful candidate should be able to develop effective relationships with line managers and provide a professional HR/IR service to the business. Responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, handling all industrial relations related matters, supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of the company’s strategy and objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualifications: BTech HR Management or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR/IR related field.
- Must be fluent in Zulu and English.
- Salary offered: R20 000 per month. Accommodation will be provided.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
- Must have own laptop in working condition.
- Must have own cell phone (smartphone) in working condition.
- Must be willing to relocate.
