Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent
Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and qualifications, and recommend the most qualified candidates for open positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and build effective sourcing plans.
Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and techniques to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics to support reporting and analysis
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on senior-level positions
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
High level of organization and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Highly Advantageous)
