Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design scalable, efficient, and secure technology solutions;
- Lead the development of comprehensive technology architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices;
- Assess existing technology infrastructure and recommend strategies for optimization and modernization;
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development life cycle; and
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to propose innovative solutions.
- Honours or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - OR - Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a Technology Architect with a successful track record;
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or others;
- Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus, though not required;
- Strong expertise in software architecture, system integration, and technology evaluation;
- Familiarity with cloud computing, microservices, APIs, and databases; and
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
