Job Purpose
To provide strategic direction and thought leadership on talent management practices across the Cluster and facilitates the implementation of processes to ensure that talent is effectively deployed and developed for future positions.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide business with market intelligence and thought leadership on Talent Management practices and programmes.
- Enable the Bank to achieve its strategic objectives by creating innovative Talent Management practices and strategies that actively drive the strategic agenda.
- Provide advisory services to business units on the development of tailored talent strategies for specific talent segments.
- Lead annual talent review process.
- Ensure that the succession pipelines for the senior leadership roles and key specialist roles are effectively mobilized to gain the experiences necessary for future positions.
- Track and monitor the defined talent segments across the Cluster with a particular emphasis on the capabilities required to deliver the Cluster strategic intent.
- Develop employer brand for CIB in line with the Nedbank employer brand to position CIB as a top employer through profiling and market presence.
- Lead the design and implementation of Youth Talent Programmes aligned to the strategic workforce plan for the Bank.
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- Professional Qualifications/Honours Degree
Masters in Industrial Psychology
Minimum Experience Level
5 8 years experience in Talent Management.
