Senior Lecturer in Community Engagement

The Requirements

Candidates are required to have a PhD in a relevant discipline, preferably Humanities or Social Science.

Candidates are also required to have experience in CD and CE (partnership development, Service Learning, Volunteerism and Engaged Research)

In Addition, The Following Requirements Are Applicable
  • Teaching experience at the undergraduate and post graduate levels required:
  • Experience in a service-learning programme or community engaged teaching
  • Research supervision of at least Masters degrees required.
  • Emerging national profile in discipline track record of administration, management, and/or leadership roles (leadership roles may be informal)

Remuneration Per Annum

Basic Pensionable Salary per annum: R742 411

Cost to Company per annum (Approximately): R958 719
