Exciting teaching opportunities currently exist for an established subject specialist in Financial Accounting.
Rhodes University wishes to appoint a qualified person to join the vibrant Financial Accounting team in the Department of Accounting.
Senior Lecturer Requirements
CA (SA) at the date of application, a Masters Degree in Financial Accounting or related field would be an advantage and relevant experience in the following:
- Professional experience in Financial Accounting or equivalent.
- Considerable teaching experience in Financial Accounting at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels on a SAICA CA-accredited program.
- Growing profile in the discipline.
- Track record of administration, management, and/or leadership roles.

Remuneration
Rhodes University offers competitive remuneration. A successful candidate may be eligible for a scarcity allowance, enhancing the remuneration provided.
