What you'll do
- You will report to the Customer Delivery Executive II to develop plans to deliver upon CSGs commitments within the constraints of resource availability and costing
- You will create and reconcile monthly cost and revenue forecasts and administration of time sheets, leave aligned with these plans
- You will manage daily activities of CSG internal and customer facing teams for deliverables
- You will be first line of escalation for the customer and internal team solving issues, blockers, customer disputes, deviations on deliverables, time and costings
- You will enforce project governance including monthly / weekly internal and customer facing reporting

- 10 years overall work experience in IT project delivery and systems support
- 5+ years experience project management in a medium-large corporate environment
- Some telecommunications sector exposure with billing experience as an added bonus or transferrable skills
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
