Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that help our insurance agency achieve faster growth with optimized budgets.
- Identify and explore new marketing channels to expand our agency's reach and visibility, effectively targeting potential clients.
- Manage end-to-end marketing funnels, ensuring seamless customer journeys and conversions.
- Optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and maximize lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Utilize email marketing and SMS campaigns to nurture leads, drive engagement, and foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Oversee and maintain our CRM system, leveraging data to develop targeted marketing campaigns and track customer interactions.
- Utilize Meta and TikTok platforms to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Plan, implement, and monitor Google Ads campaigns, driving traffic and qualified leads to our website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-based decision-making.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and optimize our marketing initiatives.
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the insurance industry or related field.
- Proficiency in landing page optimization techniques and best practices.
- Strong expertise in email marketing, SMS campaigns, and funnel management to drive effective customer engagement and conversions.
- Demonstrated experience in working with CRM systems to manage customer data and create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Meta and TikTok platforms, utilizing them to effectively reach and engage with the target audience.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, designing and implementing successful ad campaigns to attract qualified leads.
