Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Serve as clients' primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong client relationships. Take notes during client meetings and send agendas to clients as needed.
- Daily Updates: Provide daily updates to the CEO/Founder, to ensure she is informed about ongoing projects and client communications.
- Organic Social Media Management: Develop and execute organic social media strategies for clients, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
- Marketing Coordination: Coordinate marketing projects, ensuring tasks are assigned, deadlines are met, and projects are completed successfully.
- Contractor Management: Oversee and manage contractors for content creation, web development, and other project-related tasks.
- External Client Communications: Engage in external client communications, including emails and meetings, to address client needs and provide project updates.
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
- Experience with social media management tools like Loomly, HootSuite, or similar.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising experience is a plus but not required.
