Senior Compass Configurer

Our client in the Insurance sector is looking for a Senior Compass Configurer to join their team. We are looking for a Senior Compass Configurer with 5+ years of experience in configuration and set up of Compass software for our growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote and on-site assistance to customers and ensuring that software applications are up and running according to the customer's requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform configuration and set up of Compass software as per customer needs
• Troubleshoot and debug operational issues reported by customers
• Monitor and maintain customer systems to ensure optimal performance
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Identify and recommend appropriate solutions to customer problems
• Support the development of new software features

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in configuration and set up of Compass software
• Proven customer service and technical support experience
• High aptitude for problem-solving and creative solution-building
• Enthusiasm for learning and staying up to date on industry trends
