The Senior Network Performance Optimization (NPO) Engineer is responsible for maximizing the performance and efficiency of the 4G and 5G network infrastructure. This role involves advanced performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization techniques to ensure a superior user experience. The Senior NPO Engineer will lead performance enhancement projects, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor and analyze network performance metrics and KPIs.
- Utilize advanced tools and methodologies to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Implement advanced optimization techniques to enhance network performance and reduce interference.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for complex network performance issues.
- Develop and implement solutions to address identified issues and improve network efficiency.
- Analyze traffic patterns and forecast future network capacity requirements.
- Develop strategies to manage and optimize network capacity, ensuring it meets current and projected demands.
- Conduct regular capacity reviews and adjust plans as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network planning, operations, and customer support, to ensure a holistic approach to network performance optimization.
- Communicate performance insights and optimization plans to stakeholders effectively.
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to network performance in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct thorough investigations into customer-reported issues and provide clear, actionable feedback to the customers and internal teams.
- Develop strategies and action plans to prevent recurrence of common customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior radio planners and engineers.

- Extensive experience in radio network planning and optimization for 4G and 5G networks.
- Proficiency with advanced radio planning tools (e.g., Atoll, TEMS, Planet).
