Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Human Capital, Computer Science, Information Management, or similar
- At least 5-10 years of experience in HR operations, payroll systems, and employee benefits
- Experience to include HC data quality analysis/ MIS.
- Extensive Experience in Generating reports to test data validity.
- Extensive Experience in Payroll MIS
- Extensive experience in Regulatory, Audit, and GL reporting
- Extensive experience with statistical packages, such as MS Excel, SAS, and SPSS
- Experience using human resource management systems (HCIS).
- Proficiency in programming languages, including Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Performing quality assurance on HC payroll and HRIS datasets to determine data quality and integrity.
- Produce payroll-related reports, information (e.g. GL, Audit; Legislative), and analytics.
- Streamlining HR payroll processes and helping to manage the HR systems.

- Organizing, auditing, cleansing, and maintaining HR payroll data.- Adhering to best practices in data quality analysis and collection.- Keeping abreast of developments and trends in data quality analysis.
- Compile HR data and metrics from payroll output and information system (HRIS).- Running data queries to identify issues and data exceptions, as well as cleaning data.- Reporting results/findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Documenting processes and maintaining data records.
- Monitoring Service Level Agreement, Evaluating system performance and design, as well as its effect on data quality.
- Manage and develop subordinate(s): Performance management in terms of contracting, reviews, and poor performers, Training and development, and Employee relations.- Manage people efficiencies through management, headcount budget, fixed-term contracts, staff movements, secondments, and staff utilization.- Take appropriate disciplinary measures as required.- Facilitate induction of new staff within one month of joining the organization
