We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a Senior Product Designer at Bash, you will be responsible for crafting our App and Web products into world-class, pixel-perfect artefacts.
What You'll Do
- User and product research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Use data to design customer-centric products and services for an improved user experience.
- Lead and own the design process.
- Design clear user flows to communicate design concepts.
- Create high-fidelity design mockups and prototypes to validate your designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and content teams, to define and implement product features and functionality.
- Develop design specs and documentation to ensure consistency across products.
- Ensure consistency between products.
- Maintain and update our Design System.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure designs are properly implemented.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and design tools and technologies.
- Champion accessibility and inclusivity in design.
- Maintain a positive team culture and help create a supportive and collaborative work environment.
This job is for you is you have:
- 5+ years of experience in designing web and app products, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design skills and attention to detail.
- You have experience in working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with the ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, and other design related tools.
- Experience designing and maintaining a design system in Figma.
- Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and experience applying them in practice.
- Ability to translate complex design problems into simple, intuitive solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Strong skills in prototyping and interaction design
- Most importantly, being passionate about building omnichannel products
- Having a keen eye for detail and simplifying complexity
- Enjoy working with a cross-functional team, and have an interest in solving challenges
- Be known for delivering high-quality work while keeping your own team productive, fun, and happy!
