- The role of a Pre-Prod Engineer is to complete and finalise the Customer Product setup and perform Services implementation in the Service Center.

- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, with a major in Programming
- At least three years experience in the any of the following programming languages: C+, C++, Gold
- At least three years experience in a similar position
- EMV knowledge including payment scheme specifications, key management and general EMV transaction concept
- Develop and parameterise Customer Personalised Products in CPS
- Perform full Card Product Configuration for all Customer Products (Production Profiles in CPS) including graphical personalisation, embossing, activation label and related items
- Develop card carrier printing based on customer requirements
- Set-up product package (fulfilment)
- Develop PIN Mailer printing
- Develop customer return files
- Perform unit testing on all of the above items, based on the test plan.
- Implement personalisation services according to internal capabilities and customer requirements
- Configure and optimise production processes (sorting, grouping, SLA computation and others in CPS)
- Setup delivery modes in CPS
- Generate internal/external reports and billing setup
- Develop non-delivered mail process
- Manage pull out and exception process setup
- Setup external connections (Smart Portal)
- Deliver full production setup to Production environment
- Interact with customer for resolving/addressing their queries.
- Responsible to examine the feasibility of product and its production.
- Responsible to execute the new project.
- Responsible for all change control.
- Work as a bridge between customer and production to provide mutually agreed procedure to deliver the service to the customer.
- Comfortable with conversing on a technical level with customers, third party suppliers and internal regional and global colleagues
- Responsible for end-to-end data compilation arranging in sequence and bridging gap (if any).
- Work with customer and LTC team and coordinate for best customer service.
- Developing various MIS and report whenever required by internal customer.
- Coordination with Production, Data Admin team for queries related to Data.
- Keep customer update on progress of their ad-hoc requirement.
- Support On site at Customer Premises When required
- Support Service Center and Business after hours if required
- To adhere to QMS, EHS, security processes & customer schemes.
- Follow all the PCI policies and ensure implementation
- Shall adhere to any other industry standards / policies as may be implemented in the organization from time to time
