What Youll Do:

Drive Financial Excellence:

• Master balance sheet reconciliations and manage contracts like a pro.
• Maximize ROI and strategically optimize our sales mix.
• Be a key player in evaluating new products and promotions to ignite business growth.
• Lead negotiations to boost our income from manufacturers and suppliers.
• Strategically manage buy-ins to enhance our working capital and profit.

Control Budgets & Costs:

• Keep our variable costs in check with your keen eye for detail.
• Enhance operational efficiencies through continuous improvement.
• Offer sharp financial guidance and analyze the impact of our promotions.
• Monitor and report on budget utilization, ensuring we stay on track.

Deliver Insightful Reports:

• Create and share weekly/monthly financial flash reports.
• Collaborate with cost centre owners to review and refine forecasts.

Lead with Impact:

• Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture within your team.
• Measure and drive financial KPAs within the department.
• Inspire and lead a talented team to new heights.

Tackle Exciting Projects:

• Dive into ad-hoc finance projects that challenge and grow your skills

What You Bring:

• CA (SA) qualification a must!
• 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in FMCG.
• Stellar interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Assertive, decisive, and diplomatic mindset.
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes and financial strategies.
