Role Overview
Were looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a specialty in 180 recruitment to join us long-term. In this role, youll focus on candidate sourcing, client relationship management, and placement of top-tier talent within finance and accounting roles, without new business development responsibilities. The position offers a basic salary of R25, 000 per month with high earning potential on commission, ideal for a mature, skilled professional who can engage confidently with C-level clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for existing clients, understanding their specific recruitment needs and ensuring the best match for each role.
- Focused Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Leverage LinkedIn and professional networks to find and engage qualified candidates for niche finance roles in tax, audit, and advisory.
- In-Depth Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring a long-term match with client expectations.
- Tailored Candidate Presentation: Prepare detailed candidate profiles and customized shortlists aligned with client specifications.
- Onboarding Support: Maintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates throughout the onboarding process for a seamless experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, ideally within finance, tax, or auditing.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a mature approach to managing high-level client relationships.
- Technical Requirements: Reliable internet, personal computer, and a dedicated workspace with backup power solutions.
