Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss requirements, feedback, and market trends.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Write and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and clients.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate job offers and terms of employment between clients and candidates.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Follow up with placed candidates to ensure successful integration into their new roles.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the industry and recruitment practices.
- Provide insights and market intelligence to clients and colleagues.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 360 recruitment, preferably within the IT, Marketing and Finance sector.
- Proven track record of successful placements and client management.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
