Senior Regulatory Officer

Lexdan Select Is Assisting a Diversified Wealth Management Company With Their Search For a Senior Regulatory Officer, Based In Cape Town, Western Cape. Functions

• Responsible for monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Will be responsible for reporting to and advising the executives on regulatory procedures, processes and changes
• Develop a compliance risk matrix across regulated companies and identify core risk areas requiring compliance and internal audit intervention
• Apply compliance process across multiple jurisdictions, showing an understanding of different compliance requirements

Requirements

• Minimum B. Com LLB Degree with a post graduate LLM in Taxation /H. Diploma in Tax
• Admitted attorney or advocate of the High Court of South Africa
• 5-10 years post articles experience specializing in Financial Services law
• Must have sound knowledge of international law.
