Key Responsibilities

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in recruitment sourcing, with a strong track record of identifying and engaging top talent.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A commitment to diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
- Proficiency in Placement partner and other recruitment technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
