Restaurant Manager needed for upmarket Restaurant/Bar in Fourways. Applicants must have 5+ years management experience in a high end bar or Restaurant. Must be very strong in bar stock control and F&B cost control. Strong Restaurant administration skills required. Wil be responsible for multiple bars as well as the Restaurant floor. Good customer relations, staff management & training skills essential. Looking for a well spoken candidate who is ambitious and hardworking. Good contactable references is very important.
