Established Restaurant in Roodepoort has a Senior Management position available. Candidates with 8+ years Restaurant general management experience will be considered. Must have very strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Experience in a busy high volume Restaurant environment preferred. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills.  All references must be contactable. Main duties will include staff management/training, opening and closing procedures and general Restaurant administration. Must be hardworking and able to work long hours.
