Senior Sales Agent

GetSavvi Health is an exciting, growing medical insurance company owned by JSE-listed Workforce holdings. Our Company is looking for Senior Sales Agents, with experience in the insurance industry to join our team.

Minimum qualifications and experience:
Grade 12
1 year call centre experience in an Outbound Sales environment
6 months Cold Calling experience

Advantageous:
FAIS accredited (RE5 or RE1)

You need to have:
A passion and flair for direct individual sales and achieving targets.
Self-driven performer
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
Great interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Computer literacy (basic)
High level of work ethic
Excellent listening- and persuasive skills

Your daily activities will include:
Telephonic sales of relevant health insurance plans
Provide information, handle objections and close the sale
Capture new member data
