As a Sales Manager, you receive meaningful responsibilities from day 1. You are in charge of maintaining and expanding a long term partnership with your customer by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. To do so, you'll develop a keen sense of understanding of your product, categories and markets. While building the plans for your customer, you will develop your negotiating and sales skills and also your financial and marketing skills, analytical insights and logistical understanding as you are responsible for your client from A-Z. Your key deliverables include delivery of Value Sales/Volume Sales, Superior Sales fundamentals (Distribution, Merchandising, Pricing and Shelf).
You'll be part of a customer team in which trust, team spirit, real passion for winning and leadership are very important.
Your Role:
- Develop short & long-term strategies, and identify business-building chances to create shared value for P&G and customers.
- Manage a sales budget to drive business growth generating return on investment
- Be the voice of the customer to our company & business categories.
- Lead daily & monthly planning to deliver sales goals.
- Develop plans to win with customers & channels, making every store a growth engine for our brands.
- Drive growth in sales, share, and return on investment.
- Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts in a positive way.
- Leverage consumer insights and partner with customers to input into the development of a joint business plan.
- Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new department and category insights.
- Improve our selling advantage by driving customer category growth and contributing to their category strategies.
- Manage a sales budget to drive business growth generating return on investment
We are looking for:
- Bachelors Degree with 3+ years of Sales & Financial experience in FMCG environment
- Leader who are passionate to make things happen, collaborating well with diverse groups of people
- Strong analytical thinking and skills
- Have an external focus and a real passion for Sales / Marketing & Finance
- Ability to travel regularly to customers
