Our Client In The Consulting Industry Requires The Appointment Of a D 365 Senior Customer Engagement Sales And Marketing Consultant For a Period Of Seven (7) Months With The Following Experience

• Certifications in Dynamics 365
• Senior Sales & Marketing Consultant is a highly skilled professional responsible for implementing and optimizing sales and marketing solutions within the D365 CE platform
• This role plays a pivotal role in helping organizations enhance their sales and marketing processes, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth

THIS IS AN IT ROLE

• 3-5 years working experience on D365 Customer Engagements Sales and Marketing
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Design and configure D365 CE Sales and Marketing modules to align with client needs. Develop sales and marketing processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Lead the implementation of sales and marketing processes, ensuring seamless integration with other modules and adherence to industry standards.
• Identify and implement strategies to optimize sales and marketing operations, including lead management, opportunity tracking, campaign management, and customer engagement.
• Integrate Sales and Marketing modules with other D365 CE modules and external systems to enable smooth data flow and real-time information exchange
