- Drive aftermarket sales of Eaton Automotive product to existing Client base and developing New Clients within allocated Segments.
- Conduct site visits to establish client requirements and provide a solution in line with the clients needs.
- Function within the assigned region to establish positive customer relationships and insure profitable revenue growth for Eatons Vehicle Group products.
- Provide on-going and consistent market and business intelligence to the business. Utilize all tools and systems such as CRM to manage the opportunity pipeline.
- Conduct service, parts and driver training schools, clinics and presentations for OEM's, Dealer and Fleet customers.
- Formulate and advise management on acceptable/required levels of inventory to satisfy customer demands.
- Drive Marketing events, planning and ensure the marketing plan execution.
- Provide product, service, and maintenance information updates to Eaton staff.
- Provide guidance for staff on warranty and technical matters and technical training.
- Communicate with customers by means of telephone, e-mail, and face-to-face meetings in order to promote Eaton products and use available tools to explain the product features.
- Run the sales report and present them in the weekly meeting.
- Participate with selling price calculation together with Sales Manager and Finance department.
- Prepare monthly forecasts, reports and other documentation as required by Management.
- Achieve sales based on allocated target while keeping margin targets in line with companies expectations.
- Updating sales data into various system spreadsheets as required by Management.
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships based on trust and integrity.
- Promote New Product Line into the region to support EMEA Vehicle Groups sales objectives.
- It is essential that you work closely together with Customer Services Support CSS and Supply Chain Management SCM as an integrated team to determine Back Order BO priorities and find solutions to minimize future stock outs on parts.
- National Diploma in from an accredited institution (N6 or higher level).
- 3-5 years of experience in similar field.
- Sound knowledge of ERPs and Microsoft Office suite.
- Product and technical knowledge of Automotive industry focusing on aftermarket Commercial Vehicle and Agricultural Vehicle parts.
- A result oriented and highly adaptable person who is a supportive team player in a corporate and multicultural environment.
- Presentation skills and good customer liaison skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
