Assist with Business Process Development. Understand the requirement and plan the subsequent System configuration
Compile the system requirements and document (system analysis and design): Plan the functionality required for configuration and setup to support the process
Master Data: Assist the business in compiling master data
Conduct the required configuration according to the above specifications (Notifications, Works Orders, Master data PM Integration points)
Flexible Real Estate Management - Configuration of Real Estate Master Data Structures (including maintenance of Business Entity, Building, Property, Pool- and Rental spaces, etc.)
Functional Locations and related operational structures (Locations, Disciplines, Equipment)
Management of Technical Objects - Processing of Equipment (Structure Builder Data Manager and creation of Equipment structures)
Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, Maintenance Strategies, Task Lists, and Preventative Maintenance scheduling
Operational processes such as work orders set up linking to structures, operations, or tasks and financial settlements
PM integration to other areas such as Materials Management, Quotes, and Purchasing
Maintenance and Service Processing (including Creation and Maintenance of Planner Groups, Persons Responsible, etc.)
Production Resources: Set up work activities, operations, and work orders (work planning and scheduling)
Management of Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Customer Service
Controlling and reporting - analyze and evaluate Operational portfolios and maintenance plants
System Enhancements and Data Transfer (including Work order processing and billing, etc.)
Data migration with LSMW (recording, direct input, etc)
User support: Assist users where required
SAP Authorization roles.
User training and compiling of training material.
