- Process Import Shipments, verify and validate shipping documentation, prepare the clearing instructions and calculate estimated costings.
- Shipment Management:
- Obtain shipment documentation from suppliers for all import shipments
- Verify and validate shipment documentation aligned to TFG requirements
- Validate shipment documentation against purchase orders
- Capture and process commercial invoices and packing lists on systems i.e., Tradecloud, SAP, etc.
- Prepare the clearing instructions on Tradecloud and submit to logistics service providers

- Meetings and correspondence as required
- Assisting with queries from buyers, service providers, suppliers and distribution centers
- Estimated Costing Queries Air freight and Sea Freight
- Assists with system troubleshooting and user acceptance testing
- 3+ years experience in Import Operations, logistics and International Trade Environment
- Preferrable Experience with import operations/processing, documentation verification and preparation on systems such as Tradecloud, SAP, etc.
- Experience and knowledge of international supply chain and transport regulations
- Essential knowledge and excellent understanding of Incoterms and H.S. Codes, and customs regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and organizational skills
- Computer literacy and experience in MS Excel
- Conveys information and communicates ideas in a clear, concise and impactful manner
- Understands and navigates dynamics created by processes, systems, and people
