Senior Site Foreman

Leading Construction Company in Pretoria seeks to appoint an experienced Construction Site Foreman. Applicants must have site management experience in the construction of high-end residential & multi-unit developments.

This is a permanent employment opportunity.

Minimum Requirements

• Available to commence employment in May 2023
• Formal Qualification
• 5+ years construction site management experience
• Valid drivers licence
• Have extensive site experience of high-end residential and multi-unit developments
• Knowledge of JBCC
• Ability to communicate well in English and Afrikaans, additional African language highly beneficial
• Computer literate (MS excel, MS projects, Outlook, MS word)

Remuneration: R40K basic + company car + fuel allowance + annual bonus

Duties will include:-

• Management of the construction processes
• Contract management
• Procure, appoint and manage sub-contractors, including payments
• Attend site meetings
• Manage, procure and evaluate material orders
