YOUR TASK
What youll be working on:
- Collaborating with your peers from product, design, and engineering on a cross-functional, outcome-based team to craft and deliver on OKRs
- Help to build the backbone of our cloud-based platform
- You will collaborate with team members on planning, code review, and pairing
- You will take ownership of components and projects through their entire lifecycle
- You will take an active part in building up the engineering culture
- Exercising and improving ComXs engineering practices such as refactoring, pairing, code reviews, collective code ownership, containers, IaC, CI/CD, and observability.
- Leading technical discussions in order to help define the future of the product.
What are the must-haves for this role:
- You are a senior software engineer who is genuinely interested in programming i.e. you know a number of languages including .NET, C#, and TypeScript or JavaScript
- You have extensive experience in writing clean code and reviewing code
- You are data-driven, fluent in .NET and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Collaborating and recommending architectural solutions, while understanding and explaining trade-offs around time to market, structural and functional quality, security, maintainability, resources, and scope.
- You have a good understanding of React, HTML/CSS, and how to go from a Figma design to a web-page
- Communicating in a high-level language with Product about the outcomes, issues, blockers, and priorities, in order to provide clarity at all levels about the situations/tasks.
- 6+ years of experience building services in a multi-tenant SaaS environment
- Leadership profile: A willingness to communicate between parts and help reach an agreement/common understanding between them. Use communication skills to translate and flag blockers and opportunities, and also provide alignment within the Team!
