We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with business goals, fostering customer engagement, and improving the companys brand positioning in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, email, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Business development, product etc) to align marketing strategies with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Analyse campaign performance using specified measures and evaluation metrics.
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 - 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing or a related area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in South Africa, as well as eligible to apply for travel visas as required by travel needs which might arise from time to time.
