Drive and shape the right sourcing strategies and market intelligence for this capability in selected markets and geographies
Capably identify the right talent across global markets and provide advice to the business on how to attract that talent to Hollard
Develop a deep understanding of your assigned market to successfully promote and sell career pathways and Hollard as an employer of choice within this market. Working with the Business to drive campaigns and brand campaigns where needed
The Senior TA Consultant will be responsible for
At least 1 landscape mapping exercise done per annum against defined criterion
TAT offers to be within 60 days
Access to D3 and above only roles. Most research and data mining is required on these specialist senior roles, where a readily available database of suitable candidate is not available
To fill these roles that are time consuming
Jointly with the BU Cluster Head conduct talent mapping workshops with managers to understand their strategic business and operational goals and objectives, and to plan for future skill requirements
Appropriately resourced to meet the current capacity requirements
Appropriately skilled to conduct the necessary research and market mapping
Strategically positioned as the talent sourcing partner, i.e. develop the necessary credibility internally and externally as a proactive, insightful, and informed partner
A talent tracker, once talent has been identified to track talent so that they are easily accessible (and interested) when suitable vacancies ariseCo-Sourcing Scope of Work
Collaborate with the Recruitment Consultant and Business to identify and engage with candidates for roles in Hollard
Using a suite of tools, develop deep subject matter talent sourcing expertise in the talent markets for the skills required
Collaborate with resources in your wider team to meet hard-to-fill or specialist sourcing needs for executive or niche roles
Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, including providing information on the Hollard vision, the business strategy, our culture, and values, as well as conducting in-depth qualifying interviews to establish the candidates suitability against the requirements of the role.
Screen applicants for current and future opportunities, creating a candidate profile and documenting these preliminary interviews to share with hiring teams and recruiters
Ensure the delivery of a strong potential candidate pipeline by leveraging internal talent and referral channels, developing talent communities, managing referral campaigns
Grow and develop more junior team members
Acting as a Talent Advisor to the business, developing actionable competitive intelligence for recruiters and hiring managers. Gather and analyse data for accurate and confident decision-making and sourcing strategy. Make recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions
Establish regular and timely recruiter and stakeholder engagements to ensure alignment of targets and objective
With the TA Custer Head, you will assist to develop and execute a variety of candidate marketing techniques and materials
Actively pursue candidate channels to deliver to our Group Talent agenda
Achieve individual targets aligned to SLAs and Metrics
