As a Senior Talent Recruiter, you will implement innovative recruiting approaches with hiring managers and HR business partners to source, screen, and select the best talent to support the successful execution of business strategies and business objectives. This role combines modern recruiting systems and proactive sourcing and talent pipelining methods to advance the Emerson MEA talent and employer brand.
What will be my responsibilities in this role?
- To source and manage diverse candidate pipelines, with active and passive candidates, by utilizing e-recruitment tools, including but not limited to Oracle Recruit Cloud, LinkedIn Recruiter, university sourcing, and social and digital media channels
- To consult and advise hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of their talent needs while effectively managing expectations and overseeing the recruiting and hiring process
- To build networks and connections of passive talent to build potential talent pools for current and future openings
- To provide professional and responsive communications to all stakeholders in the recruiting process
- To screen and evaluate candidates for a variety of roles and at different levels, including phone/video interviews
- To drive key talent acquisition metrics by continuously improving the recruitment processes, including updating and managing candidates in the Oracle Recruiting applicant tracking system
- To understand the MEA grading matrix, including compensation and benefit provision for offer preparation.
- To communicate company policies, practices and market differentiators to a prospective candidate, with the ability to influence, persuade and negotiate during the offer process
- To coordinate with local educational and government authorities as necessary and participate in local career fairs to build fresh and diverse talent pipelines
- To manage a requisition workload and additional TA/HR projects as assigned, including participating and contributing to a perfect execution approach toward work processes

What do I need to be considered for this role?
- To be considered for this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or equivalent major.
- Additionally, you will have a minimum of 8 years' recruiting experience (preferably with a mix of agency and in-house corporate environments) and be comfortable working autonomously, albeit as a remote team member.
- You must have a passion for championing diversity, equality and inclusion and demonstrated expertise with progressive strategic sourcing practices and technologies. You should have experience coaching hiring managers and leaders on effective talent attraction processes and behaviors.
- You will be adept at effectively managing an average workload load of 20+ requisitions and have a thorough understanding of employment legislation across the Middle East & Africa
