Were searching for Senior Tech Talent Partners to join our team, where youll play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier senior tech talent across global markets. You'll be the strategic bridge between our multinational tech driven clients and the talent they need, ensuring the highest standards of recruitment excellence.

In this role, you'll own the end-to-end hiring process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to managing offer negotiations for senior and confidential roles. Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll help guide the recruitment strategy whilst delivering an outstanding candidate experience. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to mentor junior recruiters and build out phenomenal tech teams for our high-profile clients.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including designing job descriptions, advertising roles, mapping talent, sourcing, screening, and managing offers.
  • Partner and collaborate with senior stakeholders, fostering lasting relationships throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Source and engage with senior tech talent globally, using the latest AI tools and platforms to identify and map exceptional candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments at the screening or first interview stage.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the values of both our team and our clients.
  • Manage complex offers and candidate closes, ensuring smooth transitions and successful hires.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the team, driving best practices and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
  • A solid understanding of tech, with 6+ years of experience in tech recruitment, with a strong knowledge in particularly tech engineering recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Exposure to international tech recruitment, working across multiple countries and markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Expertise in sourcing and mapping senior tech talent globally.
  • A proactive, data-driven mindset with the ability to foresee and solve problems before they arise.
  • A passion for delivering top-quality recruitment services to high-end clients.
