Purpose Of The Role

The primary goal of this role is to facilitate rankings and conversion growth and SEO enhancements to specific branded sites to improve quality of the overall site. The SEO will be responsible for supporting acquisition of customers via organic search, driving continued improvements in traffic, conversions, and overall search engine performance. The SEO will take a strategic and analytic approach and will be held accountable for the performance of the specific branded sites under their control.

You will need to work collaboratively with the other SEOs in your team, as well as Leads and Managers to help achieve collective SEO goals, supporting the delivery and success of the overall SEO strategy. This role reports to the Brand Team Lead. The perfect candidate will be passionate about iGaming and have a real understanding of how to direct traffic in the iGaming industry.

Duties Will Include, But Not Limited To

• Conduct regular visual SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities for improving all SEO KPIs
• Executing the identified SEO strategies which will drive SEO KPIs for your brand sites
• Perform ongoing on-site content optimisation including interlinking, metas etc.
• Implement identified site maintenance EG broken links, site cleanup, duplicate content, etc.
• Conducting website crawls through Screaming Frog to ensure that the website is SEO-friendly and identifying areas where mandatory SEO fields are missing or require fixing/optimisation
• Set up URL structures and site matrices according to the existing site structure and best SEO practices
• Research competitors backlinks, and blogs, to identify linking opportunities
• Work with Technical SEOs to understand what optimisations are needed to resolve technical challenges
• Understand a brand's goals and objectives, and apply creative thinking to develop SEO project ideas
• Ensure planned SEO activities supports the brand's SEO strategy and are aligned with the team's roadmap
• Keep relevant stakeholders updated, letting stakeholders know where SEO projects stand
• Maintain tracking and analyse success of SEO activities based on KPI growth

• Share knowledge derived from projects and research with fellow team members
• Report SEO KPI performance back to the business and explaining reasons for growth or decline including outcome of actions taken and development actions required
• Take time to properly learn topics and deliverable processes to enhance work rate without compromising quality
• Stay up to date on market trends and relevant industry news to suggest new SEO projects based on objectives, and past performance
• Raise issues, opportunities and competitor insights obtained from utilising tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush and GSC
• Promote SEO awareness and best practice across the organization including educating business stakeholders
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and build effective working relationships
• Manage expectations on delivery of work, accurately estimate deadlines and know when to ask for help
• Develop expertise in using SEO tools EG Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog
• Identifying and sharing growth opportunities to increase rankings and traffic to the site
• Detailed understanding of ranking and financial reports based on specific projects with the ability to provide one liner updates when required
• Contributing ideas to help develop and grow the SEO team
• Collaboration with external departments and teams including translations, creative studio, external content suppliers, acquisition, Dev, QA and Product Owners
• Analyzing SEO performance and determining how to make changes to content to best optimize performance
• Be accountable for the performance of your projects

Essential Criteria

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, graphs, and formulas
• Previous experience and knowledge in Digital Marketing and SEO
• Website development understanding and a working knowledge of basic HTML
• Demonstrates consistent behaviour aligned to the Combiinedf and Organizational Culture
• Minimum 1 year experience as an SEO
• Working knowledge of ranking & financial reports and systems
• Able to perform Onsite and technical QCs
