The primary responsibility of the SEO specialist is to perform an array of duties that goes beyond keyword searches, the tasks will include executing strategic tactical campaigns, testing and analyzing different elements of an online website, improve the appearance and positioning of web pages in organic search results, enhance the quality and quantity of traffic to 1-grid's website, optimizing website content, and enhancing ad's ranking on search engines.

- Develop and execute strategic tactical campaigns across paid and organic channels, demonstrating alignment to business objectives to drive revenue and increase online presence
- Ensure industry-competitive, always-on campaigns are deployed with performance marketing strategies across various channels, including but not limited to Meta and Google
- Lead our digital marketing strategy to build and nurture key communities via digital channels, monitoring and reporting on performance regularly
- Brief in-house content creators as required, ensuring up-to-date written and visual assets on all platforms
- Select media partners and manage relationships to foster digital PR efforts
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords and organic traffic
- Implement link building campaigns in coordination with SEO goals
- Test, collect and analyze data, identifying SEO trends, and gain insights about our target customers likes and dislikes to maximize ROI from an SEO campaign
- Track, report and analyze web analytics data and the various search engine marketing campaigns
- Manage campaign cost, ensure budgets are not exceeded, calculate monthly campaign cost and take the necessary steps to adhere to daily/weekly/monthly budgets
