ENVIRONMENT:
DRIVE results for a diverse client base as you develop & execute SEO strategies that integrate data insights from Google Analytics as the next SEO Specialist/Digital Manager sought by forward-thinking Advertising Agency to join its team. You will also conduct in-depth technical SEO audits, lead & create content marketing strategies while formulating and overseeing link-building strategies to elevate SEO rankings and online prominence. The ideal candidate must preferably possess a Bachelor's in Marketing/Journalism/Communications/Information Systems or other relevant field with 8 or more years work experience of demonstrable SEO experience, including the following: Google Analytics, Google Ads (PPC), Content Marketing, Looker Studio, Search Console, SEO Tools and account management including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Majestic & Screaming Frog.
DUTIES:
SEO Strategies
- Develop and execute SEO strategies that integrate data insights from Google Analytics and other sources to drive results for a diverse client base.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits, optimise websites for search engines, and stay abreast of emerging website technologies for on-site SEO enhancements, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog.
- Lead and create content marketing strategies, ensuring keyword research, content creation, and user experience optimisation are at the forefront.
- Utilise your expertise in SEO tools and software to streamline operations and keep the business ahead of the competition.
- Formulate and oversee link-building strategies to elevate SEO rankings and online prominence.
- Apply a data-driven approach to keyword research and analysis, identifying untapped growth opportunities.
- Regularly analyse SEO performance using Google Analytics and other Data Analysis tools to spot trends and areas for enhancement.
- Generate detailed and actionable SEO reports using tools like Looker Studio, offering clients transparency and insights into their online performance.
- Be the primary client liaison, providing transparent updates, insights, and performance reports.
- Manage all aspects of SEO and PPC campaigns for clients to drive client growth/success.
- Optimise client websites for search engines (on-page SEO).
- Perform keyword research for both SEO and PPC campaigns.
- Analyse competitors' websites and online marketing initiatives.
- Create and manage paid search ad campaigns.
- Prepare monthly SEO campaign reports.
- Optimise web content for keywords related to customer products and services.
- Consult with clients about their business goals and propose solutions and strategies that meet their needs (primary point of contact for your clients).
- Analyse and Correct technical issues on the backend of websites.
- Desired Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Information Systems, Business, Statistics or a related major.
- Must have 8 years or more of demonstrable SEO experience, including the following: Google Analytics, Google Ads (PPC), Content Marketing, Looker Studio, Search Console, SEO Tools and account management.
- Solid working knowledge of SEO/Technical SEO/Local SEO.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads.
- Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager.
- General knowledge in CRO.
- Knowledge of Excel, graphs, and formulas.
- You will need previous experience and knowledge in General Digital Marketing, including PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.
- Website Development understanding and a working knowledge of basic HTML, JavaScript, etc.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Capable of working concurrently on several projects.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
