- Perform related administrative tasks and process steps including record keeping, filing, and data capturing.
- Open work orders and order parts. Close work order on job completion.
- Effectively manage work in progress
- Accurately capture labour hours worked by the service employees
- Process parts orders for service department
- Generate purchase orders for internal and external suppliers
- Accurately invoice customers for work completed
- Effective self-management and performance ownership
- Grade 12/ Matric
- 1-2 years relevant costing work experience,
- Computer Literate ( MS Office ) , SAP and CRM knowledge and license an advantage
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- An understanding of relevant processes & KPIs will be an advantage
- A technical background will be an advantage
